Humility is the theme. The Forbidden Festival is to help celebrate the dance that we continued to do under the pressure to cease and distance.
A celebration that as we shed our past battles and step forward into a shifting and changing future we will continue as we have: Adapting. Adapting. Adapting and dance.

Live recording from an urban dance experience. Silent disco + socially distant + urban reclamation.
A year ago West Coast Audio Files hosted an online festival to try and help support artists at the start of the pandemic who had lost the majority of their income. As well as help connect people through times of disconnection. Well, a year later and here in Canada, we’re still here. We’ve crafted a lineup that consists of some of our favorite locals. As well this year we’re proud to present a takeover from label Cimmerian Records.
